Dr David Knight discusses scramble for donated eggs in The Daily Telegraph- October 2016

NSW is in the midst of a donor baby boom, with more than 40 families a month welcoming children conceived with donated eggs or sperm.

However, more local donors are needed and regulation Australia-wide would make a lot more women open to donating.

"Fertility specialist David Knight has seen a significant increase in women falling pregnant with donated eggs imported from overseas, but said local donations remained rare."
